In the deep hours of the night while most of us are sleeping, Chef Bruno and his team are working their magic in the newly built central bakery of bartartine. With three decades of baking experience, most of it earned in his native France, Chef Bruno brings the traditional French touch to all of our baked goods. As an award-winning baker, he also knows the value of using only the freshest ingredients in his recipes.
